- Unmanaged Service: In this model, one of our account managers understands and analyzes your business requirements, sources and places the right resources for your project, and hands over the resources to our monitoring team. The monitoring team ensures that the deployed resources work as expected and agreed upon.
- Managed Service: In this model, a dedicated account manager is deployed. They analyze your business requirements, place the right resources, work closely with your team, understand your product/service in detail along with its offerings, market, and current marketing strategy. They clearly define how Oxyvin can assist in increasing your sales and enhancing customer experience. Oxyvin and the client agree upon the deliverables, and our account manager aligns the team to achieve these deliverables. The account manager is responsible for hiring, training, and monitoring the resources to ensure that Oxyvin delivers what is committed.
- Contract to Hire: We have observed that many companies want to transition the team built by us to their own payroll and make them permanent employees. We are open to this arrangement. In this case, we require a minimum of 3 months’ notice to hand over the team to your employees or you can pay us 8.3% of the total CTC of the resource so that we can facilitate the immediate handover. We also offer this as a standalone service, which is beneficial if you want to build a team and hire the best performers onto your own payrolls.
