All calls are recorded, and you can access both the reports and call recordings.

Our Contact Center platform is hosted in the Sify data center in Noida and Bangalore. Our emailing platform is hosted on AWS (AWS SES)
We provide administrative access to our clients, enabling them to upload call lists and manage their data independently.
If a client requests Oxyvin’s assistance in uploading leads and managing data, they should send the call list to their designated account manager. The manager will then upload the list and oversee data management. In this scenario, we will configure appropriate Data Loss Prevention (DLP) measures to safeguard the data. Additionally, we will establish a non-disclosure agreement (NDA) with the client.
Who has access to client data?
Oxyvin’s technical staff can access logs and data. However, technical staff members are only able to download logs that do not contain email addresses or phone numbers. We closely monitor all files downloaded from the server to their laptops, and we have implemented robust DLP measures. We can provide a demonstration of our DLP system to clients upon request.
